I found it curious that Democracy Now also came out among those mainstream media sources labeling pizzagate as fake.

This struck me as odd, because Amy Goodman has been a long proponent of Assange. Are they claiming it is fake because of what Assange released, or are they saying it is fake because they don't find anything wrong in the emails? If it is the former, interesting. If the latter..... well, I'd also find that quite suspect because just the Marina A email alone is enough to cause suspicion.
I also noticed Naomi Klein is backtracking from support of Julian Assange. I question her motives too: https://theintercept.com/2016/10/19/is-disclosure-of-podestas-emails-a-step-too-far-a-conversation-with-naomi-klein/
I could be wrong, but I seem to be noticing a pattern of even "alternative media" on the left acting strangely. I've seen pizzagate covered from mostly a right angle, but would like to see it examined from those who more closely follow alternative media aligned with "left." And no, I don't identify with either paradigm. I would think that alternative media would protest against the mainstream's plea for censorship (i.e. shut down all independent investigations not filtered by them), yet Democracy Now doesn't seem to feel threatened.

The more I look into this (the Soros/Democracy Now connection), the more a lot of what Amy reports on makes sense. I remember watching a while back thinking, 'Russell Brand? really?! He is the best you can do on militarization and the prison industrial complex?' Off the top of my head I can name so many people with good information on this topic, yet her choice of "experts" she uses to discuss this info was/is completely puzzling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPcG8tN6_cU

"Is it true that your dad went to school with Chomsky." - Brand. This always made me a little bit more curious into Goodman's roots. I used to be an admirer of Chomsky, but I have heard various theory about him too. I'm not making any accusations, but there could be something there.
