Just a bit of humor. I often see this quote bandied about as if it is some rhetorical dagger to establish that this or that group runs everything. Usually Jews particularly as it is from Strom. But there are a lot of people, such as Jenner, that are effectively veiled from criticism by the PC police that clearly don't rule the country so I'm saying this quote is basically worthless.

What the fuck are you babbling on about? Throughout history people have been silenced for saying the wrong things about those with power.
So it is not relevant because you can't comprehend this past your SJW/PC bubble?
I'm very far from a SJW. But I'm also hostile to conspiracism as a methodology to understand society. In, say, the Middle Ages or whatever surely criticizing rulers could get one in trouble but this quote is obviously intended for the US. No one really rules the US as the system is too complex to have an overarching set of controllers but entities like corporations have far more more power than someone like Jenner and criticizing them is an indoor sport in relatively mainstream circles.
So again, the quote is of little value. It is useful to promote a paranoid style Protocols of Zion view of the world and little else.
