I've been lurking here for weeks. I registered on Voat only minutes ago because I wanted to put this out there.

Perhaps I'm not the first to suggest this, but I believe it's highly likely that the assassination of a high-profile individual linked to this scandal, namely James Alefantis, will be carried out and blamed on the PizzaGate investigation. I'm posting this because I want this to be on the record should such a scenario come to pass. I hope it doesn't.

If there really is an elite cadre of Pedophile slave traders linked to the area around Comet Ping Pong, then there are a few thing I think should be considered:

• There is a need to discredit the PizzaGate investigation as not just "fake news", but a dangerous and unhinged group of nutters.
• Comet Ping Pong and James Alefantis have been exposed, and James is no longer useful do to his infamy.
• He is now a liability.
• If something were to happen to him, not only would he no longer be a liability, but the PizzaGate "nutters" would be the perfect scapegoat.
• There was recently a suspicious incident at Comet Ping Pong that seems like as if it could be a precursor to something bigger.

The type of people linked to this scandal are ruthless, and capable of carrying out such an operation; but perhaps I don't give them enough credit. They will do whatever is necessary to keep from being driven from the shadows, and to discredit this citizen investigation.

I hope all of the above is bullshit -- the product of a mind steeped for weeks in the horror of the possibility that all of this is real. I hope none of it comes about. If it does, I'll be pleased to say I told you so; but more to the point, it'll be vindicating if someone saw it coming.

How about it. Am I just mad, or is this a real possibility?
