A single Whois lookup netted me a mans name, address, and phone number. The domain was purchased in 2015 and last updated 2 months ago.

Aka it's pretty likely a nothing site created by someone trying to participate in this whole thing.
They were cheap enough to skip the privacy purchase option. That usually indicates a low effort attempt at something.
