Haim reported to be in better shape than previously by friends and was recently talking about abusers.
Both Haim and Breitbart cause of death was Enlarged Heart and both made allegations. (Cardiomyopathy)
Furthermore one of the coroners for Breitbart later died of suspected Arsenic Poisoning.
And finally Both Haim and Breitbart had cause of death signed by the same Deputy Medical Examiner - Juan M Carrillo

More regarding Juan M Carrillo
He was assigned as coroner for the shooting of Douglas Zerby. A man shot for allegedly holding a garden nozel. There has been much debate regarding this incident. Some reports state that Zerby was not holding the nozel when he was shot.

Allegedly - Forensics reports would prove their claims false, once it was discovered that the water nozzle was found under his thigh, a place it could never have ended up if he were extending it outward like a pistol.

Yet the sheriff report below has Juan M Carrillo detailing evidence as deputy coroner that Zerby - had gunshot wounds on his right and left forearms strongly suggesting that Zerby has his hands in front of him as he was shot. (Please note that as a Shotgun was used pellets could easily still hit forearms even if his hands were not outstretched pointing in front of him.)

It would make sense to use a specific coroner in this situation to avoid backlash and suggest Zerby was pointing the garden hose.
The family was then awarded 6.5 million as compensation
