EDITED - Where did Breitbart die - Brentwood L.A or Brentwood SF. He died a few streets from his home if that helps. 156 people die a day in L.A alone. What are the chances of the same coroner team being used and the same medical professional signing and giving the final opinion on cause of death in that range of distance. Haim and Breitbart both had information dangerous to others. Haims abusers and the information regarding Breitbarts podesta tweet. They both died of the same cause an enlarged heart even though both were moderately healthy. Then one of the coroners who did Breitbart dies of suspected arsenic poisoning.
The CIA also declassified its heart attack gun a while back and discussed that the toxin used wouldn't leave any trace. (I hate to use this but it shows that it is possible.)

Yes, for an eye opening of what a shit show LA Coronors office is, look up Lisa Ling's Life show about it. There are so many dead bodies they don't even have room for them. The investigators are all Hispanic which is strange; not one non-Hispanic works there? Don't want to judge, but they have a pretty lackadaisical attitude about their job.
Yes they appear to have some kind of inject able that kills people that is either untraceable, or that common autopsies don't reveal / test for. Another way they kill is injecting air into the bloodstream resulting in fatal blood clots. They absolutely have doctors helping them "engineer" kills that appear natural.

Spielberg is a well known pedophile in Hollywood. I know several people who work in Hollywood who have told me stories about Spielberg, and the boys he uses in his movies. Don't forget Corey Feldman was in several Spielberg movies, and the recent statements he's made about a powerful Hollywood pedophile seem to hint at Spielberg. Corey was in Goonies with Haim, where it seems to have started. One of the people I spoke to said Spielberg has been diddling with child pornography and trafficking since Drew Barrymore in ET. The most damning things have heard were from the set of Spielberg's movie Hook, with Robin Williams.
