Dilated Cardiomyopathy would be easy to cause by injection (or other administration) of an overdose of certain compounds (causes of cardiomyopathy, see bullet 5 of second subheading), but you would need a coroner that could be coerced into fabricating a false toxicology report, or would ignore the need for a real tox report.

That's not something that happens during half a day, it's a gradual process. I can't see how you can cause someone to get dilated cardiomyopathy by secretly poisoning them; they'd notice in advance as their health deteriorated.

It'd be much easier for the coroner to completely fake the report, if anything.

From what I remember it was Hypertrothic Cardiomyopathy. It would be easier to fake coroner reports which makes it more interesting that both reports are signed by the same person and then a technician dies from arsenic poisoning.

Haim reportedly died suddenly from Pneumonia but the coroner notes Cardiomyopathy also and then says the death can be concluded as natural. Breitbart also died from Cardiomyopathy. I wonder if there is a substance that can be used now causing the heart to enlarge and fail leaving behind cardiomyopathy as a symptom of cause. You would then only need to make sure your coroners were controlled or happy to turn a blind eye on toxins. Again pointing suspicion rises when both reports are signed by Juan M Carrillo and a technician involved later dies of Arsenic poisoning.

Do you remember FBI anon saying that Bill Clinton was going to die of natural causes this year?
