I can design an organization that cannot be killed or hijacked. Something without any central leadership where everybody remains anonymous. There won't be any focal points for them to attack. There won't be a head for them to cut off. The organization will maintain itself.

We'll also have an army of boots on the ground.

This is 100% a well-poisoning. Someone just walked into Comet Ping Pong with an assault rifle, threatening to give our investigation a VERY bad name and causing many people to view us as violent tinfoil-hatters. Then a 2 day old account with xenophobe posts shows up and wants to 'Create an organisation' and 'put boots on the ground'?
