I really bet they have them in rooms underground just barely keeping them alive while draining their blood, just like in the Matrix. Much of the stuff they show us in movies is stuff they do in secret. Hollywood is the other pit of bloodsuckers besides New York.
Check Daybreakers (2010) it's a Vampire-movie but in this one, the majority is already turned into vampires and they are running out of food (human blood).
They harvest humans and drain their blood...

Yea, i seen it, good movie and thats a good point. Think it's worth another watch. Over my years as a conspiracy follower i have found more stuff in movies to be true and more stuff in news to be fake. Welcome to the Matrix.
