My theory: Steve Bannon was the person who called Milo. Remember Steve took over Breitbart after Andrew Breitbart "died". Andrew seemed to know about pizzagate, before there was a pizzagate. It makes sense that Steve might know whatever Andrew knew. In one month, Steve will have a shit-tonne of power in Washington and can continue the war that Andrew started.
