IMO they are basically saying that human children are just animals: dehumanizing children into objects for their perversion. As evidenced by Majestic Ape's saying, "I had to euthanize that shit!" and referring to her baby as "it".
Also I am pretty sure that the term "Majestic Ape" was first coined by an atheist philosopher to mean "humans" but I can't find it immediately in a quick DDG search and I don't have time to dig for it.

There was a band called "The Apes", Amanda Kleinman was part of it. Then she left I think and made the Majestic Ape (Heavy Breathing).
