Weird threads. On the profile section, what does the karma mean?

I'm not the best at faces, but if that guy's profile pic is legit, it kind of doesn't look like James Alefantis. The shape of his head seems different.

that's ok, you can never be too careful! I thought it looked like a younger version of him a little bit...but even if it's not him the hot dog and pizza posts are suspect. pizzagate has got me giving everyone sideways glances now...nothing seems innocent anymore :(
