Burning down the house...

Notice the lack of fire sprinkler heads in the ceiling, no emergency exit lighting, no emergency exit signage above doorways, no fire extinguishers, no pull stations, no fire hose lockers. Somewhat disappointing for a family friendly establishment. Fire Marshal Bill and the Allstate guy would have a field day here. How does this place get an occupancy permit? How do they get insurance? They have a wood burning pizza oven ( I'm pretty sure I saw a pile of fire wood by one of the secret bathroom doors, in some other post).
