Name and location was published. I'm from the county and I know it's tiny so I searched a bit. Found an obituary. Used that to find his dads facebook. Used that to find his website and also the gunman's own facebook page.

Thanks. There appears to be a golf tournament named after his grandfather too.
So he goes by Maddisson and not Edgar.
