The cnn article list the gunman as a 28 yr old white male named 'edgar madison welch'. Sooo.... who the hell is edgar madison welch? Because i cant find him, which is odd because if this person was enraged to the point he would storm this place armed, that would indicate he is online in at least some regard. Is he and im missing it? I sure would love to know more about edgar madison welch, anyone else?
