It is common for police to shut down traffic in a multiple block radius during an possible active shooter. It would be incredibly risky for them to move any evidence out in the middle of a police intervention, if they were doing any coverups it would be either before the false flag (likely) or after if they are getting sloppy. We need surveillance of CPP tommorow, preferably as covert as possible, overzealous idiots being confrontational are exactly what damaged the digging efforts. If there are any "remodeling" projects going on tommorow we need as much info as possible on them.
Unless the police are in on it. Certain trusted officers would get tagged for guard duty and the initial fake call out to apprehend the world's least aggressive gunman. Untrusted officers get put on duty at the far end of the precinct. Clean up ensues and there's a ring of eyeballs with radios sending alerts when people with cameras want to roll though.
