PLEASE! My ex wife, Florence Shellen or Florence Langrognat was involved in a NGO in Sihanoukville, Cambodia named Books With No Borders(not to be confused with Books Without Borders).That N.G.O. started in 2004 and was shady to say the least with very little in the way of contributions etc etc.. After I did a radio show and mentioned it, it disappeared off the internet. Then in 2015 it started up again as a limited company in Australia. It has since been closed down (June 2016). She is in the south of France and could be using high end yachts for trafficking. Maybe this all sounds insane but believe me, sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.
