As a former agent, I don't trust any police organization on the organizational level. I think most police, as individuals, are good. But the top brass and the tentacles of lower level officers keeps the good officers as prisoners even if the good ones know something.

They have the power to create massive cover ups and that I think is their primary purpose now days. Keep little people, little, and keep the elites, elite!
