  • One Andrew Kline worked at the DOJ (he did not "own" it, btw).

*A different Andrew Kline was the registered agent of Besta Pizza. All business entities are required to have a registered agent. Anyone 18 years of age and residing in the jurisdiction the business is registered in may serve as the registered agent. Often the company's lawyer serves as the agent, as they receive legal documents on behalf of the company.

*The document showing Andrew Kline as registered agent:

*Per this forum, the address listed on that, which is cropped off in the image, is:

Agent Address - 1225 19th Street N.W., Washington, DC 20036

*This is the address of the law firm where an Andrew Kline works. It is a different Andrew Kline than the one that worked at the DOJ, however. This Andrew Kline has represented businesses in DC for 30 years. He has also been affiliated with the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington for the past 10 years as an advisor/lobbyist.

There is no proof that he is anything more than the registered agent of Besta Pizza.
