Pedophilia is hard to prosecute. Aside from lenient sentencing, the ability of wealthy, connected pedophiles to hinder investigation, overwhelm prosecution with legal tricks and victimize witnesses, investigators and prosecutors - it all compiles into a very well-structured criminal business model. Add to that, public apathy, ignorance and fear of retaliation and the end result is a society cowed by a mafia-type gang enterprise.
That is why I'm starting to develop an interest in Chicago. I'm beginning to get the feeling pizzagate is nothing more than an organized crime ring. It fits with FBIAnon pointing us at the Clinton Foundation. Slick Willy's Washington Gang.
Would we do better to take down pedophiles and run the risk of lenient sentences (served at summer clubs) only to return right back into the fold? Or to take down the same pedophiles for RICO crimes and hope they will serve longer sentences? With RICO, there's a better chance of confiscating their assets as well. Might be easier to get them to flip on other members of the gang in order to lighten their sentences.
Some of the autists hovering around these forums have excellent skills at scraping away the thin film of charitable enterprises to uncover the scheming, greedy and lethal things going on behind the closed doors of the businesses, foundations, institutes and agencies that are behind these pedophiles/gangsters.

can you clarify?

Agreed. Focus on the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative. You can dismantle pedophile rings by prosecuting them for their other crimes.

I am not a lawyer but I have read the RICO statute. IF the pedophilia can be related with interfering with interstate business than it is RICO. The Statute allows for a wide variety of offenses to be Predicate Acts but I don't think this includes sex crimes. Blackmail and Extortion would apply to RICO.

murder, conspiracy to commit murder and obstruction of justice (re: the murder investigations) are, i believe covered by RICO statutes.
