A real estate agent that has access to real estate sales records found something interesting about the stores on Connecticut ave (Besta Pizza strip etc.) . This is what he posted Connecticut Ave #5015, 5019, 5020, 5021, 5023 and 5031 were all also bought on 1/15/2003, THE SAME DAY AS BESTA PIZZA! All for, yes, $0. Strange, no? Let's include 5013 and 5035, which were also sold for $0.

Here is the only thing I could access without a license. But they were bought on the same day. The other two, also same day. Someone is fronting this operation by buying all the properties at once but for $0? Still investigating. This could be the paper trail that leads to main money source. I will always say- follow the money.
