iirc the place where the goats, chickens etc were found with their throats slit or heads cut off is the same place where the body of Chandra Levy was found in Rock Creek Park. And the body of Vince Foster, as well.

I need to confirm that about Levy/Foster. That's a smoking gun.

Edit: confirmed Levy found in RCP. No Foster though.

Foster found in Fort Marcy Park off GW Parkway in VA. I drive by it every day, creeps me out.
