Under the U.N.'s voluntary sex-ed regime, kids just 5-8 years old will be told that "touching and rubbing one's genitals is called masturbation" and that private parts "can feel pleasurable when touched by oneself."

According to this 2015 UNESCO report:

• page 26 "Effective Sexual Education requires participatory methods and other learner-centred approaches..."
• page 28 "Introduction and practise of interactive methods that address learners’ varying learning styles and support their learning (i.e. auditory, visual, kinesthetic etc. learning styles)
• page 82 "...acknowledge the importance of Comprehensive Sexual Education toward HIV prevention in preparing learners before they become sexually active"
• page 105 " At the primary level, a range of Sexual Education related concepts, such as safe and unsafe touch and sexual health (...) are taught under the subject “Health and Physical Education.”"

 Starting page 24, here is a teaser "From 4-6 years old - Exploring their own and other people’s bodies is expressed more in the context of playing (“sexual games”) Note that it's other people's bodies, not other children's bodies.

• From birth to 4 years of age: Informing children about the “enjoyment and pleasure when touching one’s own body, early childhood masturbation”. Telling children about “the right to explore gender identities”

• From 4 to 6: Children should “consolidate their gender identity”; Being informed about “different concepts of a family”; Accept “diversity”.

• From 9 to 12: Have the ability to “make a conscious decision to have sexual experiences or not”.
