I've never seen a refrigerated shipping container with 1) HVAC running down the side vs. at end of container and 2) that level of refrigeration is to keep food below 0 degrees. It looks like a purpose-built walk-in freezer to me.
My thought would be that with the HVAC positioned there, it would make a vehicle side heavey also. So yes, that seems to have narrowed that back to a room.
Its the comments on this that I find revealing. Of course a pizza place owner might put up a pic of a new refrigeration room however that's just not the comments one would expect to see alongside the pic.
