I think this is Whitmore Farm at 1702 Dern Road in Emmitsburg, MD. When I turn the instagram picture side-ways it fits exactly with the lay-out, even the driveway. On the Whitmore Farm website, it says they have Welsummer chickens, and "Welsummer" is in the instagram. (http://www.whitmorefarm.com/welsummer)) Grimes Rd is close, and "Grimes" is in the instagram picture as well.
