I hadn't heard of it, either.. can someone confirm screenshot is legit? If so, could be Hoof Hearted Farm in Blacksburg, VA. Right geographical location, next to a river called Tom's creek with similar meander. Also the house and "old barn" appear to match up to the satellite images.
And if you have ever been a farm man, you see that the pigs here are located north in the picture , cause of the muddy terrain (pigs dig to eat). So, wrong place. It does not match the picture of alefantis drawing.
