Why do pedos need a secret word for "semen"? (pizzagate)

I asked this 2 days ago in a post, but I feel that is an enough important question to single it out.

Map=Semen. Why? There is no wordplay or anything there. Also, why would there be a need in the pedo scene for such a word?
