While combing through the public court records that /u/ryguyhermosa posted, trying to find information to bring to light, I noticed how drawn out civil litigation can be. With that in mind what wouldn't it be entirely possible to bury these sick pedo bastards under a mountain of paperwork via civil lawsuits? Look how long this one trial <some counties even allow you to postpone court costs till after the proceedings>
(imagine the look on Podesta's rat face if he were to receive a 1,000 court summons from 50 different states)
at the very least we'd be able to keep them in court and thus unable to abuse any children, anyone more familiar with civil litigation pls tell me how this won't work.
We could even create a sub to walk legal noobs through the civil proceedure and give tips on drawing these matters out for years!

At its root this is a common law matter, civil process has problems with convicting "lawmakers".
