I've always been skeptical of child modeling agencies. The random ones that still you at theme parks and make asking to take head shots getting your information. What if they are creating catalogs for kidnappers knowingly or unknowingly. How many meeting childrens parents may have signed up with them? Could be nothing but always had bad feeling about those people.
Don't know but its a stat. Which says the closer a kid is to Washington the more likely they are to disappear. The last time children disappeared in this magnitude was during a purge of street kids in Rio. This gives me a real bad feeling.
The ones taking them find them somehow, I doubt the drive in circles all day just randomly searching. There has to be a connection a common denominator. These people escaped capture or exposure a long time

I hate to say this but perhaps a friendly policeman takes them somewhere not to safe, and gets a commission?

The ones taking them hang out at Bus stations, or train stations.
