Commitment was unfulfilled due to lack of funding. seems like a trend when it comes to the CF and youth programs. my guess? because it was a front.. Also If you want to tie any connections of Serbia/Kosovo to the clintons your best bet would be the Kosovo war in the late 90's. there was also a heavy CIA presence during that time.

I've found it interesting how Putin is an adversary. I don't think he's a boyscout mind you, but he's also one of the "bad guys" who won't allow them to run their racket in his country. Or rather I've yet to see any form of a connection.

Clintons pattern that has always paid off is to be the one with the most leverage over others. It's worked for 40+ years to enrich and empower her and Bill. She got the mother load of docs once in WH. A tiger doesn't change their stripes so my thoughts are that they have set up the most vile arrangements w a multitude of geographically desirous countries to obtain leverage on all of them, (And simply bc she enjoys death and destruction), with the big goal being the ones in charge, the worlds leaders. On a smaller scale that is also why I believe there was a group of "never Trumpers" to begin with...she/they held the leverage on them.

Here's an interesting link that adds to the Kosovo question. I don't know how credible this woman is, but she claims to have been a part of the CIA's global sex slave industry. It's a long and interesting read, but the first part is directly relevant to this topic. Supposedly Dyncorp and Halliburton were caught trafficking women in the Balkans, and she even has a video of a Congressional hearing about it. It looks like this lead could be bigger than we thought.

This is a UN report on trafficking in Kosovo. I don't think it offers any leads, but I'm not especially alert right now. My purpose in posting it is to draw attention to the Wikileaks library of US Diplomacy. If you want to dig into Kosovo, I suspect there's finds to mine out of that.
