I've got a fair amount of experience in analytical and intelligence research. Anytime I have tackled some sort of "problem", there is usually a research methodology, or at least a framework of some sorts in place. In other words, organization.
What I see going on here is a lot of helter-skelter (no pun intended) data-gathering, with no formalized process to prioritize, triage, backburner, collate and organize, and present findings, prior to turning data into intelligence as well as there after.
I see no "roadmap" into the investigation, or at least something which provides research guidance. Are we trying to uncover everything? Or maintain a single scope investigative process? Given the interrelations between the various aspects, it is hard to separate a potential lead which may be tangential, or could be the smoking gun.
Here are a few suggestions based on my experience - take it for what it's worth:
Hypothesis: Something to define the mission. I know there is a "mission statement" on the sticky page. But maybe something like this: "The Voat Research Team believes that their is sufficient circumstantial evidence to support a working theory that a massive worldwide pedophilia and sex traffic ring operates globally. It is believed that one of the primary "Actors" in the ring, is a Washington, DC outfit, which actively traffics in the abduction, exploitation, abuse, and potentially murder of sexually exploited children and adults. Based on this circumstantial evidence, it is plausible that members of the Clinton family, the DNC, various corporations and business entities, restaurants, and high-ranking members within political circles are all involved."
Investigative Facets: There needs to be a way to organize various aspects of the research so that information isn't taking people down the proverbial rabbit hole. If I were "leading" such a research project, I'd organize my information something akin to:
- Podesta/McCann disappearance
- CPP/Besta activities
- Clinton Foundation and related NGO involvement (including Haiti, etc.)
- Other key actors
- New leads
- Satanic Ritual Abuse and related theories
Resources: This almost needs to be a catchall for all collected data (websites, downloads, etc.). The sticky does a good job of laying a lot of this out.
This is just a first-pass thought. I'm not sure if there is a better way to organize this information on Voat without a purpose built program (Analysts' Notebook or a Palantir product).
If there are any autists with a lot of free time on their hands, sorting this freeform data into something structured would be a massive help. Being able to share and analyze the information by this group, would be even better.
The saving grace is I am pretty sure Peter Thiel and Mike Flynn have leveraged their rolodexes to the maximum.
Lastly, I know the DC area, government, politics, lifestyle, etc. Pretty well. Anyone doing research is welcome to run things by me for a "Beltway" perspective. I've just started reading the HBGary emails. I'm sure there will be some names/companies I am familiar with.
Just trying to help.

My first question to the mods would be what type of capabilities does the Voat platform offer? Is this WSIWYG now? Or are there abilities to create sub forums, host a working document (privately) and behind passwords, etc.
My gut tells me the following:
1) If we are going to do this right, we need to know what communications tools we have at our disposal on Voat. Subsequent needs analysis may determine if portions of the investigation need to be migrated to another platform;
2) A very solid redundancy plan needs to be in place to scrape the content of this subVoat multiple times a day and backed off to multiple redundant and undisclosed locations; tech savvy mods should be able to do the same with local secure storage. They are going to come for this data;
3) Mods an research/team/special project leads need a method to communicate securely. We cannot conduct research like this in the clear. I have no confidence in Voat email;
4) Act like you are already compromised at this point. OPSEC is fo' schnizzle at this point. Be very careful not to disclose even less-than-PII information. You would be amazed what a good "structural data analysis" can correlate;
I need to think on this a little longer, regarding the best way to chop up this beast. Oh, and how come no one has brought up good ole former Representative Barney Frank? Wasn't his boyfriend arrested for running a "male prostitution ring" out of Frank's house or something like that? Bleah.
