Damn that costume he's wearing, I've seen it before. I can't remember where, but it was on reddits pizzagate. It was a post about a female (who have connections to those artists which have connection to comet) making "creepy" videos on youtube in which she speaks like a child. In one of her videos she showed a puppet or drawing that looks exactly like this costume. I tried to dig it up, but can't find her channel, maybe someone has some more input into this.
Amanda Kleinman (Heavy Breathing chick) had a separate YouTube chanel where she posted a vid of a creepy face with that circle mouth. She spoke in a baby voice and referred to herself as "puppet." The vid has since been taken down.

My theory is that it is Amanda's alternate personality created from abuse. I think she is a victim too.
