You're gonna love this one. If that charge isn't outrageous enough, you'll never guess who's the Director of DCFS: Dr. Charles Sophy. Dr. Charles Sophy just happens to be the psychiatrist (handler?) of Paris Hilton and the late Michael Jackson. Chillingly, when testifying under oath, Dr. Sophy admitted he didn't know the legal definition of the seizure of children.

Tammi Stefano, the Executive Director of The National Safe Child Coalition says that:
