It has been suggested that I moderate and I have a invite from the owner @kingkongwaswrong. The reason for this is not to step on toes but to advise on this deleted fiasco. Many don't understand the way voat works in that we don't delete things. We let it be up to the community and voat that shit out.

Now one exception is ckear spam. We no like the spam. You want to advertise buy a slot. You want to be a troll then get some negative ccp and have restrictions. Simple as that. Now this clearing out the new list like a Hillary Clinton server isn't cool.

Before I accept this I want to ask you if this is acceptable because this is your community and your subverse. I don't want to make anyone here pissed off.

So please discuss and leave comments I will answer as I can.

can I not say what I think? Is shill discussion not ok? That was one of the first things instated at reddit - that you werent allowed to call someone a shill - before it went to shit.

I said why I thought he was.

  • 1. Advocated for no moderation
  • 2. downplayed the impact/existence of shills
  • 3. literally said it was 'tin foil'
  • 4. Asked for other acc he could cross check me with

He also

  • 5. refused to take a mod position
  • 6. is still angling to remove me

Sorry I'm looking at everything with a cointel lens, but don't gaslight me, there is a huge attack on the sub.

Why dont you have a look at the actual sub and see what users are saying?

Can you please list how I have been abusive in ANY way. I have literally followed every instruction to a T and have removed the previous mods, trying out new mods. One of the new mods even said he doesnt have enough time to deal with the shitposts and needs to share the load with other mods. I pinged you with an FYI.

I think you have @Crensch there to help out now and he will do a good job letting you know how Voat works. Other than that you just have to give the rules and community time to form on their own. As long as you keep an open ear to them then it should work out ok. If you're getting worn out step back for a bit. People can wait a bit for a reply.
