I don't know anything about this particular party, but I can say that I have been to private parties where you needed to sign up beforehand, cell phones were forbidden past the doors, you needed to show your paper or virtural ticket at the door, and the dress code was fetish in nature. This party seems more relaxed, since most parties I've been to (even ones not requiring you to be on the guest list) have a strict no streetwear policy. As in, the only way you would be allowed in is to get completely naked. And yes, I have seen people do this before so they would be allowed past the enterance.
And pansexual just means you like to have sex with people and don't see the gender as a defining point. So like, being into cis-men and cis-women and FTMen and MTFemale and non-binary-trans people and intersex people. It doesn't have to do with liking people who are underage... I am sure there are some pansexual people who are also pedophiles, but there are also lots of heterosexual men who like underage girls and gay/bi men who like boys and some straight women who like boys and lesbian/bi women who like girls.
This may be something. But it might be nothing.
