I was just made a mod of this sub and I'll be actively checking the spam reports when I can. Feel free to send me a PM if you see some weird shit happening and we can talk about it.
The only mod on this sub said he was NOT giving out permissions until he had this sub locked down. 48 hours later and bam, entire sub flooded with mods and the admin Atko took pizzagate off the Voat homepage....
bullshit, I've seen more than two separate posts/accounts claiming to be mods, not counting kingkongwaswrong, which specifically stated he was not giving mod out to ANYONE until he had the sub properly locked down... literally 48 hours later, "hi im the new mod! let me know if i can rub your assholes!" -- Like, for real? Is the CIA really this stupid? Or what?
I mean I suppose a shadow mod is possible. Wouldn't people notice though when a post disappears and then doesn't show up in the logs? Who specifically has been claiming to be a mod?
Whenever we get a reddit flood, the site is wonky for a few days and then is fine again. That is how it has always been.
@Atko features a sub for about a week then switches it out. I would say it was pretty amazing to have it be featured the day it was moved. Nothing shady going on. Seems newer people find normal everyday life here to be suspect when dealing with reddit for so long. Feeling freedom for the first time after being trapped in that hug box full of betas makes people think it is too good to be true and that it must be some sort of set up. It isn't.

Flooded with mods? There are only two mods, and I'm just a janitor. Please explain Gab to me, what does that even mean?

I mean, you can just check the sidebar to see how many mods there are, it's pretty simple.

Right, because there's no way the CIA couldn't add shadow mods like they were doing with Reddit... Nope! No way! /s Impossible! /s
Edit: You've been a member of Voat for 4 days and you just started commenting yesterday... And now you're a mod? Who is the CIA fooling?
Edit 2: I'm officially out, fuck this place. Voat is compromised, waaaay too many coincidences in the last 48 hours...

Wondering why this place is suddenly working as quickly as reddit...and why did Atko take it off FP? Any reasons given?
