I find this last detail, if true, especially chilling. Who reports a missing child w/o providing a photo? Someone who never cared enough to take a picture? Or just someone who knows the child will never turn up? Anyway, I can't vouch for the video contents, but it seems worth sharing here, since I didn't see it.
