Possible the chair is to...
1. Remove child victims teeth so they can't bite down when being orally raped. This is done in prisons.
2. Gas the child while playing pretend dentist so the child could be molested.
3. Use the dental tours to threaten torture to those children who aren't compliant.
4 removing teeth makes identifying a body much harder. especially if it is burnt. And if the body is fed to animals, like pigs, teeth are the only thing they can't digest. (I need a shower after picturing this T_T).
