And I later stumbled upon this https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20161122/10381536112/bill-introduced-to-push-back-approval-dojs-proposed-rule-41-changes.shtml TDRL: DoJ Rule 41 passively changes this Thursday, Dec 1st; Using tools like VPN or anonymizers like Tor could land you on a watch list for exploratory scanning by FBI, And I'm pretty sure the fbi was just using this rule to catch peadophiles very recently (I think). Is wikileaks compromised and is the FBI really out to get us using this new rule?!
