I don't think so. The above jpeg you posted appears to be a parody of the dollar bill. It doesn't seem significant in any way.
Even if it were: you are suggesting that every hole in the wall pizza shop is someone in cahoots with the other hundreds of thousands hole in the wall joints across the country for the sake of... what, exactly? As I understand it, pizzagate isn't even about pizza. It's about pizza being used as a code word for child sex slaves. Are you suggesting that pizza joints across the country are safe houses for the slavers?
Because that's completely idiotic. Now, Kosher pizza places, maybe. But I really think you're reaching on this one.
Mediocrity -- You have clearly not been paying attention. While there are respectable pizza joints, many have for years served as fronts for mafia activity.
This is well known. It is not too far a jump from mafia to illuminati and yes, these are symbols hidden in plain sight which we all should be paying attention to.
