All Ages?? That's the most disturbing part of all.

All ages means that an unaccompanied minor will be admitted, or rather accompanied by 12 dollars fee.

There is curfew in DC:

http://mpdc.dc.gov/page/dcs-curfew-law-know-facts

"The Juvenile Curfew Act of 1995 (DC Code 2-1541 et. seq.) states that persons under the age of 17 cannot remain in or on a street, park or other outdoor public place, in a vehicle or on the premises of any establishment within the District of Columbia during curfew hours, unless they are involved in certain exempted activities."

On the premises of any establishment.

Comet has permission to operate these performances past midnight. This is what the ANC meeting where Frank Winstead spoke out was about, extended hours.

Curfew begins at midnight or earlier in DC. Every minor in Comet past curfew is a violation of his liquor license, not just the ANC agreement. Each minor constitutes a separate violation.

Uh, if they have a parent or guardian with them, it counts as an "exempted activity".
