I hope this isnt something irrelevant and I'm just wasting people's time but hear me please. Why doesnt anyone talk about this man. Who's Frank Winstead. I don't think he has been discussed yet (correct me if I'm wrong ) . Here's a...weird article about the incident that happened between James alfantis and frank. Notice the wording of the article. But I don't think there's anything to this. The context was he didn't want Comet to extend outdoors and extend his hours and Winstead claimed it would turn that part of town into an area called Adams Morgan which is notorious for rapes and murders.

LOL what? Adams Morgan is famous for rapes and murders? When I lived there it was called Adams Moron because it was famous for being a douchey young professional/college kid hangout.
