I was about to post a comment related to the subject of your post, but yours is much more insightful. You're spot on.
When Nigeria requested aid from the US gov't to fight Boko Haram, Nigerian officials reported that, as a stipulation, they must accept "women's rights" issues (read: feminism), "equality" (homosexualism), and contraception + abortion. Nigeria declined. The US declined aid.
They are smart. They simply don't want Western liberalism corrupting their society. You don't see or hear of endless blather about hundreds of genders, and their children aren't confused as to which bathroom to use.
Teaching about sex education and how homos spread aids at a super high rate isn't "liberalism." But hey if Africans want to keep giving each other aids and having babies they can't feed because they refuse sex education fine by me. HOWEVER: that's now what was happening, did you even read the article? Ill quote this part from the school for you "We do not teach any foreign or non-Ugandan cultural values, nor do we have sexual education curriculum in our schools." School
I would applaud them for kicking the Jews out, but they are still stupid. They are getting lucky by stupidity, not rational.
Sex education only increases sexual activity in children, which then the solution given is contraception. Sexual immorality subverts the culture and makes it pliable.
