Why the hell is Donald Trump saying that he won't prosecute Hillary? We've had this situation because the opportunity to make corruption pay a price is rare. When it presents itself you don't pass it up or you may invite indefinite corruption in the future. Not prosecuting is unacceptable.

Cause if he starts chanting Lock Her Up, Obama pardons her and is a hero for stopping him.
If he plays it cool, Obama pardoning her is an admission of guilt.
