We should probably stop calling every stylized heart a pedophile logo. Everyone uses heart symbols innocently all the time. So, at least don't lead with that, or it looks like we're trying to build a narrative based around a preconceived notion that we got from the logo.
I'm not saying it isn't a pedophile logo, I'm just saying we should emphasize the other facts and the real connections.
I hadn't outright dismissed /r/pizzagate but this post did it for me. Is the accusations seriously people using hearts as logos=pedo? Fuck, my 7 year old daughter loves the pedo symbol, guess I better go call the FBI on her. I don't give a shit about any other evidence that follows - its either bullshit, circumstantial or something else.
If this were true at best the Good Humor pedo-heart would be a bizarre footnote in the legal case - not the foremost clue that leads someone down the path of finding a pedo ring. This post convinced me not only is /v/pizzagate full of conspiracy theorists but that it might be a 4chan operation.
