Sorry, but to me this just looks like office humor. Hey we're having a meeting but only have one slice of pizza, so we're cutting it up.. As in just stupid humor that others played along with. The other stuff is their signatures which clearly they also have joked around with too. Sorry I don't see anything but a joking email chain. Not like the obvious putting dominos on pasta email that can't be anything but code, this seems like employees just joking about how they didn't buy pizza for the meeting...
