Think about it. The past few days all the media outlets have been attacking Pizzagate - except none of them had denied the claim that Andrew Kline, the owner of Besta Pizza, is also the guy from the Department of Justice.
Considering the writers have direct connections with John Podesta (NYT writer is friends with Podesta, found on Wikileaks) and the Clinton Foundation, this claim is something that's EASY to get confirmation about. Except none of them had written about Besta.
This means, through logical deduction, that we can infer that we've got the right Andrew Kline.
At this point they're searching for another guy with the same name to act as the scapegoat, but I guess finding another guy isn't such an easy task.

this is not how deductive reasoning works.

Um, because Comet and Bucks are both listed on the Clients page of his website? http://theveritaslawfirm.com/hospitality-clients/

No, reasonable people understand that a guy whose specialty is representing restaurants http://www.theveritaslawfirm.com/ajk.htm doesn't get employed by the DOJ or the FCC.

People haven't been "on the fence". People realized that there were 2 Andrew Klines and they're not the same guy. Why would the media waste time debunking something that all reasonable people have already conceded?

Didn't someone find there were two guys with that name? They had Linkedin/photos of it being two guys?
I also thought federal attorneys weren't allowed to have private clients like that to avoid conflicts of interest. Can a DOJ lawyer do outside work? I don't think so.
But I'm not 100% on it.

The DOJ Andrew Kline is now at the FCC, but the rules are the same; they can't do outside work; you are correct.
