Ok well there used to be a way to demote a sitelink, but interestingly Google just removed it 5 weeks ago. Another thing thats making me hate them right now. What the admins can still so is throw a noindex instruction for that specific page in the robots file and dump a new sitemap out. Will take a day or two to chug through the system but should do the job.
