In a decentralised group like this you must allow others to move in a thousand different directions freely. If you find a particular focus more rewarding go for it and lead by example. Some people will join you if your reason and data are convincing and others will not. That's completely natural and that's where your strength lies. Your opponents won't be able to guide you into one, single, blind alley because you'll be everywhere.
What you're doing now, unwittingly I hope, is called "concern trolling". It divides community into acceptable and unacceptable factions who end up fighting each-other until no one is left. It happened before - many times. The funny part is that you'll get accused of anti-Semitism no matter what so your approach is doomed to failure.

Your best approach is to focus on what you want to pursue and let others do their own thing. Trying to forcefully focus others is a mistake.
