In this article if you get into the Psych/torture experiments section you will find this quote

"Several of the children who Cameron experimented on were sexually abused, in at least one case by several men. One of the children was filmed numerous times performing sexual acts with high-ranking federal government officials, in a scheme set up by Cameron and other MKULTRA researchers, to blackmail the officials to ensure further funding for the experiments."

Imagine if you could slowly introduce pedophilia to the elite circles of America. You would only need to coerce or black mail the first few generations. By then it would be ingrained in the culture of Washington and Hollywood. It would become the best kept secret because everyone who is anyone may have their ass on the line in one way or another. If you managed to do this as the CIA then they would be able to do what the CIA loves doing and that's whatever the hell they want and answer to no one. It's certainly interesting to dig into the sub projects of MKULTRA. The Una bomber and the Harvard aspect feel like quite the distraction when you read about the lesser know aspects of MKULTRA. Not to mention the things they managed to keep secret. It's hard to research these small parts of MKULTRA so what I find is easier is to look up the individual doctors themselves. They in one way or another love talking about their work and usually there's much more info about the work they do with MKULTRA. Dr. Cameron in Montreal is avoid place to start.
